We are an award winning Competition BBQ team based in beautiful Portland, Oregon. Preparing top quality, scrumptious barbeque is our favorite past time.  We cook with Green Mountain Pellet Grills, and are an independent dealer.  Our team is a perfect mix of friends and family.  Some of this and some of that can create a master piece.  We hope to see you at an event this year.  Thank You for visiting our site! 

BBQ CATERING:
We offer amazingly delicious BBQ catering.  Licensed, bonded and insured we can serve award winning dishes for a Big Event or small family get together.  We also offer Slow Smoked Whole Luau Hogs and delivery if you prefer to throw your own party!  Contact us for menu options and pricing or any questions you may have.
